Make Up by benefit

Heyy :)

Just before we were due to head of to Buckingham Palace for the Queen's Garden Party, we had to pick my dad up from work & he needed to get changed, so all the girls headed into Peter Jones which is right across the street to get our make up done :)

My mum chose to get hers done at Lancome, and I chose benefit (the man at Bobbi Brown was pretty rude and said we needed an appointment), but I'm glad I went with benefit in the end. The make up artist was lovely (but I can't remember her name, although she did have awesome red hair!), and we chatted the whole time.

She did a natural look on me which I loved using lots of products including they're real mascara, hello flawless foundation, the porefessional and fake up concealer!

On the day there was a 10% off competitor price match, as well as if you bought 3 or more products you would get a free make up bag and some samples, so I went ahead as the sucker I am to buy some goodies!!

I picked up the hello flawless foundation in Ivory "believe in me" as well as "I'm pure 4 sure" because I'm between shades, as well as the new fake up concealer in 01 light.

In total I spent just over £56, but for the amount of product I got, and the free makeup bag I was pretty happy!!

Have any of you tried the new fake up concealer? If so how has it worked for you?

A xx

Haul- Boots & Superdrug

Heyy :)

After reading some of the recommendations you guys left me for products to buy for my Canadian cousin (check out my last blog post here), I thought I would make a start by collecting a few things in the week before I visit. So I popped into Boots & Superdrug to pick her up some bits, I also bought a few goodies for myself- well, why not?!
